The line
Flag what you're stuck on and I'll clear it, 9am to 9pm. Any other hour, your assistant has you.
The promise
Tell me what's blocking you. I'll solve the first one to three free, depending on how big they are. If I've proved my worth, you join. And if a month goes by and I haven't cleared what you brought me, the next month's on me.
A good computer, some imagination, a little determination. That's the recipe now.
The tools got good this year. Really good. What most people are missing isn't ideas, it's getting set up right: the right tools, in your own accounts, taught how you talk and what you're about.
That's where I come in. I'm a blocker solver: the tool you can't figure out, the setup that never stuck, the idea stuck in your head. I find what's in the way, we clear it together, and I show you the way to make computers work for you. When we're done it's yours.
Learn to make your next change
Want to learn to build with AI? Bring an idea. We choose a small first step together, then you try it yourself. A desktop pet is one starting option. We go at your pace and write down how to continue.
- Reopen your project and run it yourself.
- Predict, make and check one small change.
- Find a saved working version and describe what went wrong.
- Leave with written steps and a next change you chose.
Your ideas and work stay yours. I ask before using anything from a session in public writing or examples. We agree on what to work on before starting.
Tell me what you want to learnWhat I've been cooking
I don't teach this from slides. This is what I build with it, every day.

A whole world
Coastline, weather, rivers, a character you walk around as, all built by directing AI. This month it got smooth enough to run on my old computer, which was a big checkpoint for me. That's it up top. More on it soon.

A public-record newsroom. 204 reported stories since June, every one carrying its sources, and its look and voice get sharper every week.

Me deciding, AI doing the heavy lifting. I work with Claude and ChatGPT every day. The models got better this year, and honestly, so did we.
The kind of stuff we set up
Estimates written from a voice memo in the truckAn inbox that drafts replies in your voiceThat podcast or channel idea turned into a real weekly planFamily recipes and stories turned into a bookA business plan for the thing you keep talking aboutPlain-English answers out of your spreadsheetsA website, art or music for the side thingMeeting notes that turn into follow-ups on their own.
Business, personal, or the thing you keep telling people you'll do one day. We start from what you tell me.
Where this is heading
Everyone I set up becomes part of something bigger: a network of people using these tools to do good things, for themselves, for each other and for the planet.
It's early. You'd be early.
Questions people ask me
What does it cost?
Nothing to start. I solve your first one to three blockers free, depending on how big they are. If I've proved my worth, it's $1,000 a month, month to month. Cancel anytime.
What if you can't solve my blocker?
Then you haven't paid a thing. And once you're in, if a month goes by and I haven't cleared what you brought me, the next month's on me.
I'm not a computer person. Is that a problem?
Nope. If you can send an email, you're good. We go at your pace, and everything gets written down in plain steps.
Is this for business or personal stuff?
Both. Some people want their business running smoother, some want to finally make the thing they keep talking about. Usually it's a little of each.
Which AI tools will we use?
Whatever fits you. Most people end up on one paid assistant, about $20 a month in their own name, plus what's already built into the tools they use.
Who owns what we build?
You do. It's all in your accounts. If you ever leave, nothing stops working.
What about private information?
That's the first thing we set up. You'll know exactly what never goes into AI and which settings to switch off.
What if I get stuck between sessions?
Flag it from your page. It lands in my queue, and I answer right there and email you, usually within a couple of hours between 9am and 9pm Arizona time. Your private assistant remembers what I told you, so you never have to ask twice.
Why only ten people?
Because it's me on the other end, every week and every day. I'd rather go deep with a few people than skim a lot.
Tell me what's blocking you.
Five minutes. Your answers become the start of your plan, so keep it real. I read every one myself and get back to you within a day to start on your first blocker, free. No payment until I've proved it.
